When and where are family members or guests welcome to join residents for lunch?
Family members and guests are welcome to join residents for lunch in Centro and Nosh any day that lunch is served.

When and where are family members or guests welcome to join residents for dinner?
Family members and guests are welcome to join residents for dinner in Nosh Monday through Friday. Family members and guests are welcome to join residents for dinner  buffet in the community room in Copper Beech Monday through Saturday. At this time, dinners in the main dining room of Centro are for resident dining only.

FAQ’s for the Nosh Re-Imagined

New service operations and menus beginning Tuesday July 2nd in Nosh

What are the hours of operation?
Lunch: Sunday – Saturday 11:30am to 4:00pm. Guests are welcome
Dinner: Monday – Thursday 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Guests are welcome
Shabbat Dinner: Friday @ 6pm following Shabbat Service in Synagogue. (Pre-Order required). Guests are welcome
Sunday Dinner Buffet: 5:30pm to 7:30 pm*. Resident dining only

Do I need reservations and why?
Although not required, reservations are strongly recommended and will have priority over walk ins. Reservations will allow for proper planning by staff and ensure appropriate flow for the best resident dining experience.

How do I make reservations?
Reservations will be made directly through Nosh. Call 4-9101 or reserve in person at the Nosh host stand from 11am until 2pm, or online through the dining portal 24/7 available on the touch town app or the dining website www.nbocdine.org

What is different about the new Nosh menu?
Similar to the recent changes in the Centro menu, the new Nosh menus will offer an extended al la carte menu that will change seasonally. In addition there will be daily soup and entrée specials offered for both lunch and dinner and a dessert special nightly as well.

What is different about the service model?
Residents can sit and be waited on by the service staff Monday – Friday. (Sunday dinner remains a buffet style service). Host team will seat residents based on their reservation, servers will take resident’s orders and deliver beverages, runners will run food orders to the table (with the exception of soup & salad bar)

How will changes affect Friday Shabbat dinners?
There are no changes planned to the current Shabbat menu and ordering/reservation process. (Pre-order online through the dining website or by submitting a paper order form)

How will changes affect Sunday dinner?
There are no changes planned to the current Sunday Dinner Buffet. Reservations are still strongly recommended. Nosh Sunday Buffet is for resident dining only.
