Lunch is the new dinner in Nosh (at least on Wednesday night). We are trying a new service model in Nosh on Wednesdays for the Summer. Rather than a buffet, the Nosh Bistro lunch menu will be available for sit down dinner service from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each Wednesday night. We hope you will join us and we look forward to your feedback.

In a chance hallway discussion, Mary Rosenfield and Mark Blazejewski started discussing baking, as Mark enjoys baking some of his grandmother’s recipes in his spare time. Mary mentioned several items that she used to bake and he asked if she would share the recipes. She was more than happy to share, and brought him her lemon bread recipe.
At the next chance Mark had, he gave it an attempt and brought in the bread for Mary to try, critique and hopefully enjoy. She said his first batch was good, but she told him to not hold back on using more lemon. So, in his second attempt, Mark didn’t spare the use of the lemon and again brought some cake in for Mary to sample. Mary said this one was much better, so now Mark passed the test (finally), and he plans to keep this recipe in his regular rotation. We are all so happy that Mary was willing to share the recipe, and we invite you to try it and let Mary know how it went.
