There are countless reasons to follow a healthy diet when it comes to our health – from managing blood pressure and protecting our heart health to fueling for exercise – a diet that is high in fiber, vitamins and minerals, healthy fats, and lean protein is associated with overall better health outcomes.
New service operations and menus beginning Monday June 30th, 2025
What is changing in Nosh?
Dinner service on Sunday through Thursday will be a buffet style menu with table service available from the buffet served by staff for those that need or want to remain seated.
How will seating work in Nosh?
Seating Sunday through Thursday will be family style open seating on a first come first served basis. Reservations will no longer be accepted.
How will changes affect Friday Shabbat dinners in Winter Garden?
There are no changes planned to the current Shabbat menu and pre-ordering/seating process.
How will I know what’s on the menu each night in Nosh?
Similar to now, the menu for the Nosh buffets will be available in the weekly packet and posted on the dining website on Fridays for the following week. In addition, a menu card will be posted on the table during service each night.
How can I order food to go from Nosh for dinner?
The lunch menu will be available for dinner delivery if placed by 2pm. Deliveries will be made between 4pm and 5pm. The dinner buffet menu will be available for takeout through walk up counter service at the deli counter starting at 4pm.
(Takeout containers or doggie bags are not available for in person dining)
What is changing in Copper Beech?
The buffet will be removed from Copper Beech and instead will offer a full service, full menu dining experience.
Will I be able to reserve a table in Copper Beech?
No, as is the process now it is first come, first served open seating. Residents must check in at the host stand and receive a token to sit in Copper Beech.
What is the maximum group that can sit together in Copper Beech?
The tables in Copper Beech sit four people per table. Four is the maximum table size in copper beech.
Can guests join residents for dinner in Nosh?
Yes, guests can join residents in Nosh Monday through Friday.
Can guests join residents for dinner in Copper Beech?
Yes, as long as the table size does not exceed four seats.
Can guests join residents for dinner in Centro main dining room?
Yes, on a limited basis. Reservations for residents with guests can be made for a maximum party of four between 5 & 5:30 pm or between 6:30 & 7:00pm.
