Restaurant Manager

You are the coach of our service team! The restaurant manager calls the plays and leads the team to victory by providing amazing dining experiences. As the leader of our team, you are responsible for all aspects of the dining operation and ensuring complete satisfaction by our residents each and every day. If you are an experienced “coach” with leadership experience and a winning record, we invite you to apply.

Restaurant Supervisor

You will maintain the bridge in NewBridge. The restaurant supervisor connects the path between the development of the plan and the follow through to make sure the structure we have built leads our community to a smooth dining experience. By taking a hands-on approach and working side by side with the restaurant manager you are responsible for the success of each shift.

Server

The secret ingredient! Your warm, kind and detail-oriented approach to service seasons our main ingredient which is hospitality. If you are committed to contributing to our success but have limited experience, we are willing to invest in you and encourage you to apply.

Host

Our ambassador, a natural leader and all-around people person! You set the tone for our resident dining experience and will welcome our residents with a genuine smile and sense of hospitality. Our hosts guide our community through all things dining here at NewBridge in a multi-faceted role.

Junior Sous Chef

The engine of our culinary operation. NewBridge provides elevated dining experiences in multiple restaurants with a number of different styled menus. Large scale special events, elevated menus and grand buffets with action stations is just a taste of what we do day in and day out. Through creating exciting menus, with high end presentation, this role challenges all the perceptions of what senior dining means and you will drive us forward.

Cook

Every engine needs fuel to run and so do we. You can provide that fuel with your focus on food safety, recipe adherence and pride in what you present. Our cooks work side by side with our culinary team and have an opportunity to grow within. From junior sous, to sous to who knows where your fuel can take you.

Steward

The foundation of our team! It all starts with having the right tools and equipment, that is where you come in. Our stewards maintain our equipment and keep our kitchens and dining rooms ready for action and reset for the next shift. Through teamwork and hard work you are the MVP to our overall success.
