Centro is an upscale restaurant for NewBridge independent living residents that offers both made-to-order menu items as well as a new buffet option.
Great updates are coming to Centro. The menu process is shifting away from the ever-changing weekly menu to a menu that will change seasonally on a six-week cycle. Alongside the seasonal menu will be a variety of daily specials to showcase the creativity of our chefs as well as the bountiful seafood and farm produce available here on the Eastern Seaboard. Treating the dining menu similar to that of a restaurant will give the kitchens and our cooks more time to master seasonal dishes and prepare them with greater consistency.
However, you’ll still get plenty of variety via the daily specials that take advantage of fresh seasonal items as they become available. Because creating the specials is dynamic, the servers will tell you about the daily specials in the restaurants.
Don’t see something on the new menu that you loved on the Always On menu? Just ask us! As an example, there might be a salmon filet cooked to your liking. You may not see a plain salmon filet on the new seasonal menu, but you can always ask for it. Plus, the buffet is ever-changing to appeal to a variety of tastes.
